利用透射电镜技术研究了巴西橡胶树成熟种子的超微结构。刚脱落的成熟种子在代谢上是活跃的。它的胚芽和胚根细胞具有大的核仁、很多聚核糖体和大量的粗糙内质网,同时胚轴。子叶和外胚乳细胞的液泡化程度较高。成熟脱落的种子在24℃、85%相对湿度存放3d后,它的细胞内已开始了超微结构的萌发过程,胚细胞中线粒体数目明显增多,子叶和外胚乳中的淀粉粒、贮藏蛋白质和类脂体开始降解。与种子的这种生理状态一致,子叶和外胚乳中的贮藏蛋白质存在于细胞的大液泡中,并不形成通常在正常休眠种子中看到的那种蛋白体。
The ultrastructure of mature seeds of Hevea brasiliensis was studied by transmission electron microscopy. Mature seeds that just fall off are metabolically active. Its germ and radicle cells have large nucleoli, many polyribosomes and a large amount of rough endoplasmic reticulum, both hypocotyls. Cotyledons and endosperm cells have a high degree of vacuolization. Mature shedding seeds stored at 24 ℃ and 85% relative humidity for 3 days, the ultrastructure of which began to germinate, the number of mitochondria in embryo cells increased significantly, and the starch grains, storage proteins and Lipids begin to degrade. In keeping with this physiological state of the seeds, the storage proteins in the cotyledons and endosperm are present in the large vacuoles of the cells and do not form the body of that protein normally found in normal dormant seeds.
