黄河上游宁蒙河段地处黄河流域最北端,受水力、热力及河道形态等诸多自然、人为因素综合影响,凌情演变复杂多变。从微观到宏观、横向到纵向对宁蒙河段凌情过程进行了深入分析,根据宁蒙河段凌期行流特点拟定了青铜峡水库理想下泄过程,采用历史实际凌灾发生情况和青铜峡水库下泄过程对理想下泄过程进行检验,结果表明,结合凌汛期温度变化过程控制青铜峡下泄流量,能够减小凌灾发生的几率。
The upper reaches of the Yellow River Ningmeng River is located in the northernmost part of the Yellow River basin, by the hydraulic, thermal and river morphology and many other natural and man-made factors, the complex evolution of Ling-lu change. From microscopic view to macroscopic view, horizontal to vertical direction, the process of NLR of Ningmeng reach is analyzed in depth. According to the characteristics of the Ningmeng reach, the ideal discharge process of Qingtongxia reservoir is formulated. According to the history of actual flood extinction and the situation of Qingtongxia The discharge process of the reservoir tests the ideal discharge process. The results show that the control of the discharge of the Qingtongxia Reservoir during the flood season can reduce the chance of the flood disaster.
