本文基于A13-离子对电价键固定在二乙氨基乙基交联葡聚糖凝胶(DEAESephadex)上的水杨基荧光酮的可逆荧光淬灭作用,研制了测定Al3-离子浓度的荧光传感层。其线性范围为20~150μg/L,重视性良好,响应速度快。该传感层已成功应用于水样和葡萄糖注射液中A13-离子的测定,并初步研究了荧光淬灭机理。
In this paper, based on the reversible fluorescence quenching of salicylfluorone immobilized on DEAESephadex by A13-ion pair electrovalency, a fluorescence sensing method for the determination of Al3- ion concentration was developed Floor.
