企业资本结构对企业创新投入具有重要影响。研究发现中国中小企业资本结构与创新投入之间存在显著的负相关关系;企业规模与创新投入呈显著正相关关系;企业的盈利能力与创新投入之间有正相关关系;而衡量公司成长性的利润增长率与创新投入之间关系不显著。在中国市场环境下,中小企业资本结构对企业创新投入的影响具有一定特殊性,这就要求我国政府和企业针对具体市场环境,在加强创新投入、建立创新鼓励机制、优化创新环境、健全知识产权保护法制等方面做出针对性安排。
Corporate capital structure has an important impact on the input of enterprise innovation. The research shows that there is a significant negative correlation between the capital structure and innovation input of SMEs in China. There is a significant positive correlation between firm size and innovation input. There is a positive correlation between the profitability of enterprises and innovation input. The relationship between profit growth and innovation investment is not significant. Under the Chinese market environment, the capital structure of SME has a certain degree of influence on the innovation investment of enterprises. This requires that our government and enterprises should, in view of the specific market environment, strengthen investment in innovation, establish innovation encouragement mechanism, optimize innovation environment and perfect intellectual property Protection of the legal system to make targeted arrangements.
