[目的]探讨结肠癌组织中PINCH和COX-2蛋白的表达,并探讨两者与结肠癌生物学行为的关系及临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测160例结肠癌和50例正常结肠黏膜中PINCH和COX-2蛋白的表达情况,分析PINCH和COX-2表达与结肠癌生物学行为的关系以及两者之间的关系。[结果]PINCH和COX-2在结肠癌中的表达均明显高于正常结肠组织(P﹤0.01)。PINCH蛋白表达与浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移以及远处转移具有相关性(P﹤0.05),COX-2蛋白表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、Dukes分期、有无淋巴结转移以及远处转移具有相关性(P﹤0.05)。相关性分析显示,PINCH和COX-2表达在结肠癌组织中表达呈正相关(r=0.513,P﹤0.05)。[结论]PINCH和COX-2的异常表达可能是结肠癌发生的早期事件,且在结肠癌的浸润和转移中起一定作用,两者之间可能有协同作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of PINCH and COX-2 in colon cancer tissues and to explore their relationship with the biological behavior of colon cancer and its clinical significance. [Methods] The expressions of PINCH and COX-2 in 160 cases of colon cancer and 50 cases of normal colon mucosa were detected by Envision method. The relationship between PINCH and COX-2 expression and the biological behavior of colon cancer were analyzed, Relationship between. [Results] The expressions of PINCH and COX-2 in colon cancer were significantly higher than those in normal colon (P <0.01). There was significant correlation between the expression of PINCH protein and the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P <0.05). The correlation between the expression of COX-2 protein and tumor size, depth of invasion, Dukes stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the expression of PINCH and COX-2 in colon cancer (r = 0.513, P <0.05). [Conclusion] The abnormal expression of PINCH and COX-2 may be an early event in colon cancer and may play a role in the infiltration and metastasis of colon cancer. There may be a synergistic effect between them.
