我局住宅楼梯间的照明,长期以来一直未能解决,夜间上下楼梯一片漆黑,极不安全。其原因:1.主要是未能解决合理分担电费问题,有的住宅即使装楼梯灯具也没有灯泡,如同虚设。2.其次是开关控制方式不合理,一般都是在灯具旁设置拉线控制,就是装了双控开关,每上下一层楼就要开或关一次,很麻烦,以致经常是有人开而无人关,楼梯灯成了常明灯,既浪费电能,又增加了住户电费负担。有的住宅装配门灯,但不能彻底解决上下楼梯照明问题,而且灯具数量比装楼梯灯多了一倍。目前职工住宅越建越高,6层住宅已很普遍,9层住宅也已出现。因此,住户迫切要求解决楼梯灯的照
