目的:了解甘肃省各类食品中单增李斯特菌的污染状况,初步确定主要污染的食品类别,为食源性疾病监测及预防提供基础依据。方法:两年采集八大类665份样品按《食源性疾病监测网工作手册》中单增李斯特菌监测方法进行分离鉴定。结果:665份样品中检出单增43株,总检出率为6.5%,生畜肉检出率最高。结论:我省食品单增李斯特菌污染较为严重,主要污染的食品为生畜肉、生禽肉、鲜冻水产、速冻生制食品、熟肉制品、生食蔬菜、蔬菜沙拉、冰激淋。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status of Listeria monocytogenes in all kinds of food in Gansu Province and to preliminarily determine the categories of food contaminated mainly for the purpose of providing the basis for the monitoring and prevention of foodborne diseases. Methods: 665 samples collected from eight major categories in two years were isolated and identified according to the monitoring method of Listeria monocytogenes in the “Foodborne Disease Surveillance Network Workbook”. Results: A total of 43 out of 665 samples were detected, with a total detection rate of 6.5% and highest detection rate of live meat. Conclusion: The Listeria monocytogenes contamination in our province is more serious. The main contaminated foods are raw meat, raw poultry meat, fresh frozen aquatic products, quick frozen raw food, cooked meat products, raw vegetables, vegetable salad and ice cream.
