Health care system reform began to make the hospital felt the pain of flesh surgery. In addition to the pain, the hospital’s chiefs are looking for opportunities to complain, pour down bitter water. While they seek psychological balance, they also set out the breakthrough of the hospital in the future. This magazine provides such dedication to the dean as a venue and opportunity for finding a way out and hopes to reach a higher level through the confrontation of views so as to rationalize the relationship between doctors and patients, healthy growth.
