密县对处豫西浅山区,有15个乡镇,305个行政村,人口67万,自被省定为初级卫生保健(初保)试点县以来,取得了显著成效,并跨入国家初保达标县先进行列。两次被卫生部防疫可授予全国结核病防治先进单位。具体做法如下。一、人员培训几年来,我们重视各级防痨人员的培养,县乡、村三级防痨人员均参加过不同层次的学习班及定期例会学习。据1986～1991年各级医疗单位转诊至县结防所的1017例的诊断符合率来看,总的符合率67％。其中县、乡、村三级符合率分别为78.7％、
