亲属容忍制度是我国一项传统的制度,在我国历史上传承数千年,遗憾的是新中国成立后却彻底否定了该制度。本着构建以人为本的和谐社会之旨趣,重新解读亲亲相隐制度,发掘其制度在当今社会之时代意义,并希望在立法、司法层面很好的运用该项制度,而为现代法治做贡献。
The system of relatives’ tolerance is a traditional system in our country and has been passed on for thousands of years in the history of our country. Regrettably, after the founding of New China, it completely denied the system. Based on the purpose of constructing a harmonious society with people as the foundation, we should re-interpret the system of deference of relatives, explore the significance of the system in the present-day society, and hopefully make good use of the system at the legislative and judicial levels to contribute to the rule of law.
