本文介绍铝和铅锑铜合金在碳酸盐潜育草甸土中进行14年自然腐蚀试验的结果。认为铝和铅锑铜合金的土壤自然腐蚀孔最大深度y(毫米)与腐蚀时间t(年)之间的关系可用经验公式y=a+blgt来表示。对于铝,系数a=0.448,b=0.200;对于铅锑铜合金,系数a=0.162,b=1.199。这表明铅锑铜合金在该试验土壤中的长时耐蚀性不如铝。文章最后用试验统计方法给出了铝和铅锑铜合金在该试验土壤中具有99.9%置信界限的自然腐蚀寿命曲线。
This article describes the result of 14 years of natural corrosion testing of aluminum and lead antimony copper alloys in carbonate-soaked meadow soils. The relationship between the maximum depth y (mm) of the soil natural corrosion hole of aluminum and lead-antimony copper alloy and the corrosion time t (year) can be expressed by the empirical formula y = a + blgt. For aluminum, the coefficients a = 0.448, b = 0.200; for lead-antimony-copper alloys, the coefficients a = 0.162 and b = 1.199. This shows that the lead-antimony-copper alloy in the test soil long-term corrosion resistance than aluminum. At the end of the article, the natural corrosion life curves of aluminum and lead-antimony-copper alloys with a confidence limit of 99.9% in this test soil are given by means of experimental statistics.
