帕金森病(PD)是多发于中老年人的一种锥体外系进行性变性疾病。主要病变位于黑质和纹状体。随着神经电生理学的发展,已明确各种不同的诱发电位(EP)可反映其相应神经通路的功能状态,将EP应用到PD病人的研究中,将可了解PD病人是否存在多发性神经损害。目前,这类报道不多,我们通过脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、视觉诱发电位(VEP)对PD患者的视听神经传导通路进行检测,并探讨其临床意义。 1 一般资料 本组男34例,女16例,年龄29~79岁,平均60岁,均为本院神经科病人。全部病例均参照全国锥体外系疾病研讨会关于帕金森病和帕金森综合征分类(草案)提出的临床诊断标准,排除继发性或症状性帕
Parkinson’s disease (PD) is an extrapyramidal progressive degenerative disease that is common in the elderly. The main lesion is located in the substantia nigra and striatum. With the development of neuroelectrophysiology, it has been clarified that different evoked potentials (EPs) can reflect the functional status of their respective neural pathways. The application of EP to PD patients will reveal whether PD patients have multiple neurological damage . At present, there are not many reports of this type. We detected the auditory nerve conduction pathways of PD patients through brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and visual evoked potential (VEP), and discussed their clinical significance. 1 General Information The group of 34 males and 16 females, aged 29 to 79 years, mean 60 years, are hospital neurology patients.
