种业是关系到国家粮食供应安全,产业发展稳定的基础性产业。当前,我国种业市场却存在着为跨国种业巨头全面垄断的危险,引起了各方的高度关注,相关议案已上达两会。将种业归纳进高新技术产业,揭示跨国种业公司在我国的技术垄断状况,再结合我国种业发展现阶段的产业特征,在对比国内外两种类型企业的发展状况后,结合相关的标准,得出我国种业市场为跨国种业巨头寡头垄断的结论,从而对我国种业市场的结构进行明确定型。
Seed industry is related to the national food supply security, industrial development and stability of the basic industries. Combined with the industrial characteristics of the current stage of seed industry development in our country, after comparing the development status of both domestic and foreign enterprises, , Concludes that the seed market of our country is an oligopoly of transnational seed giants, so as to clarify the structure of China’s seed market.
