众所周知,当焊接时发生事故引起鼓膜灼伤致穿孔时,有削弱自然愈合的能力,而至今所涉及的结构变化还未曾被研究。为证实烧灼法致鼓膜穿孔引起的形态学变化和愈合过程,作者用电灼法使35只Sprague-Dawley鼠右鼓膜后上象限穿孔,并在其左鼓膜用鼓膜刀作等大穿孔对比。穿孔大小均占整个象限。术后行鼓膜照相。在第3、6、9、12、15、18和36天分别随机抽出5只鼠,麻醉后行鼓膜照相,并处死作病理切片。结果:(一)电灼鼓膜穿孔:①耳显微镜检查:第9天穿孔缩小,边缘增厚,沿槌骨柄出现小
It is well-known that when perforation is caused by accidental welding of the tympanic membrane, the ability to weaken the natural healing is diminished and the structural changes involved so far have not been studied. To confirm the morphological changes and healing process of perforation of the tympanic membrane caused by cauterization, the authors perforate the posterior quadrant of 35 right Sprague-Dawley rats by electrocautery. Perforation size of the entire quadrant. After tympanography. Five rats were randomly selected on the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th, 18th, 36th day respectively.
