对南钢新1号高炉炉况失常的处理进行了总结。认为焦炭质量下降造成炉缸堆积是此次炉况失常的主要原因,通过稳定炉况、加锰矿洗炉及提高渣比、逐步压制边缘气流,炉况恢复正常。
The treatment of furnace failure of No. 1 new steel plant in Nanning Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was summarized. It is believed that the accumulation of hearths is the main reason for the abnormal furnace condition due to the decrease of coke quality. The furnace conditions are restored by normalizing the furnace conditions, adding manganese ore to the furnace and increasing the slag ratio, and gradually suppressing the edge airflow.
