目前,在心肌梗塞的诊断中相当重视CPK-MB同工酶测定,有人把它看作为最敏感和特异的指标。本文结合心肌梗塞诊断试验所应具备的必要条件,讨论CPK-MB测定的价值。心肌梗塞的主要诊断方法包括:病史、心电图,梗塞闪烁图及血清酶分析。然而病史的采集,即使非常细心,也常会导致误诊。心电图检查的敏感性较低。梗塞闪烁图是一种较新的检查方法,由于它需要贵重仪器及训练有素的技术人员,目前除了主要医疗中心外,一般未采用。近年来,应用血清酶试验诊断心肌梗塞的可靠性正逐步增加,重点放在CPK-MB同工酶的研究
At present, the CPK-MB isozyme assay is valued in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Some people regard it as the most sensitive and specific indicator. In this paper, myocardial infarction diagnostic test should have the necessary conditions to discuss the value of CPK-MB determination. The main diagnostic methods of myocardial infarction include: history, electrocardiogram, infarction scintigraphy and serum enzyme analysis. However, the history of the collection, even if very carefully, often leads to misdiagnosis. ECG is less sensitive. The infarct flicker is a newer test because it requires expensive equipment and a trained technician and is currently not used except at major medical centers. In recent years, the reliability of the application of serum enzyme test in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction is gradually increasing, with emphasis on the study of CPK-MB isoenzyme
