对色情的监管与控制关系到社会秩序与善良风俗的维系。从美国司法判例中对广电节目色情内容的认定标准出发,从未成年人的保护、抗辩权利、表达自由等方面来分析美国法律对广电节目色情内容的规范。
The supervision and control of pornography are related to the maintenance of social order and good customs. This article analyzes the standard of American law on the sexual content of radio and television programs from the criteria of the American judicial precedents for the identification of pornographic contents of radio and television programs, the protection of juveniles, the right of defense and freedom of expression.
