中职教育的教育思想经历了由“知识本位”、“技能本位”到“能力本位”的发展变化,现在已明确把综合执业能力作为终极培养目标。在当前中职教育大力发展之际,来探讨中职教育学生执业教育能力评价的一般性和中职卫校学生执业能力评价的特殊性不仅有助于促进中职卫校学生执业能力评价体系不断完善,也有助于促进我校“能力为本”教学模式的不断创新。
The educational ideology of secondary vocational education has experienced the development and change from “knowledge-based”, “skills-based” to “competence-based”, and now it has been clearly defined as the ultimate goal of training comprehensive practice.
