通过试验，研究出了一种能使酚醛树脂涂层砂在低温（45℃）下固化、固化强度能较大幅度提高的J─01型外固化剂。在树脂涂层砂防砂施工中，使用该外固化剂，能满足低温井、高采液强度井防砂施工的需要，对油井后期防砂具有十分重要的意义。
Through the test, a kind of J ─ 01 type curing agent which can make the phenolic resin coated sand solidify at low temperature (45 ℃) and the curing strength can greatly improve can be developed. In the resin-coated sand and sand control construction, the use of the external curing agent can meet the needs of sand control in low temperature wells and high production intensity wells and is of great significance to sand control in the late stage of the well.
