本文利用地高辛标记及检测试剂盒，标记ｐｏｐ２１３６（ＰＭＴＧ３）工程菌染色体ＤＮＡ作为探针，检测基因工程药品重组人粒细胞－巨噬细胞集落刺激因子／白细胞介素－３（ｒｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ／ＩＬ－３）融合蛋白中残余的菌体ＤＮＡ．结果符合质量标准每剂＜１００ｐｇ．
In this study, we used the digoxigenin labeling and detection kit to detect the chromosomal DNA of pop2136 (PMTG3) engineered bacteria as a probe to detect the effect of recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor / interleukin-3 (rhGM-CSF / IL-3) fusion protein in the residual cell DNA. The results meet the quality standards <100pg per dose.
