应用放射免疫法测定114例慢性心房纤维颤动、15例阵发性心房纤维颤动和10例阵发性室上性心动过速患者血浆cGMP、cAMP含量,发现3组的血浆cGMP含量均明显高于正常对照(P<0.001),转复成窦性心律后则明显下降,而血浆cAMP含量在3组中均无明显变化。
The levels of cGMP and cAMP in plasma of 114 patients with chronic atrial fibrillation, 15 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and 10 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were determined by radioimmunoassay. The contents of plasma cGMP in three groups were significantly higher than those in cGMP The normal control (P <0.001), after conversion to sinus rhythm decreased significantly, while the plasma cAMP content in the three groups had no significant change.
