我院于1988年1月～1998年1月,采用经尿道输尿管镜或经膀胱微造瘘通道输尿管镜直视下应用气压弹道碎石机治疗小儿下尿路结石45例。疗效满意,现报告如下: 1 临床资料 本组45例,男43例,女2例。年龄1～5岁14例,5～9岁18例,9～12岁11例,12～14岁2例,平均8.2岁。膀胱结石38例,尿道结石5例,膀胱及尿道复合下尿路结石2例。结石大小0.5～4.5cm,平均1.5cm。其中多发性结石8例,10例并有尿道瓣膜梗阻,12例为术后或外伤性尿道狭窄。

One of 8 cases of multiple stones, 10 cases and urethral valve obstruction, 12 cases of postoperative or traumatic urethral stricture.
