目的观察“齐鲁方案”在急性百草枯(PQ)中毒患者救治中的疗效。方法将我院2010年11月—2012年11月经我科救治的急性PQ中毒患者共30例,按服毒量分为:小量、中量、大量3组,均应用“齐鲁方案”进行救治,并观察存活率。结果 3组(按服毒量从小到大排列)存活率分别为:90%、40%、0。结论 “齐鲁方案”用于救治口服PQ<100ml中毒的患者疗效较好。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Qilu regimen in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning patients. Methods A total of 30 patients with acute PQ poisoning who were treated by our department from November 2010 to November 2012 were divided into three groups according to the dose of poison: small, middle and large volume, all of which were applied with Qilu protocol Treatment, and observation of survival. Results The survival rates of the three groups (arranged in ascending order of dose) were 90%, 40%, and 0 respectively. Conclusion “Qilu program ” for the treatment of oral PQ <100ml poisoning in patients with better effect.
