我院在报导了红碱三号(去除了大部分粗榧碱的总生物碱)对白血病有较好的疗效后,1974年3月～1975年7月,又用从海南粗榧(又名红壳松)中提取的三尖杉酯碱(Harri-ngtonine)治疗白血病35例,也收到了较好的疗效,现总结报告如下。一般资料病例选择:本组35例为本院内科、儿科近一年多来所收治的病例,均经末梢血液和骨髓细胞学检查确诊,未经选择。其中急性粒细胞型白血病(以下简称急粒)25例,慢性粒细胞型白血病急性变(以下简称慢粒急变)2例,
