地名是指具有一定意义的地理现状、自然实体、人工建筑、聚居地等所规定的符号,它用来识别不同地域和各种地理实体,人类活动与地名结下了不解之缘。而志书是记载一个地区自然地理和人类社会活动的资料书籍,因而志书也少不了地名,几乎每个章节皆有地名,地名遍布志书之中。志书是“服务当代,有益后世”的官书,是让人们借鉴的书,因此地名非规范化不可。 我看了一些试写稿或上送稿所写的地名就不规范,如“乌鲁克恰提”,有的人写“老乌恰”;“玉奇塔什”,有的人写“玉
