水位监控仪表的测量部分大多是采用电接点进行取样测量,由于用户使用不当,常出现指示到的水位与实际水位不一致的现象。通过现场分析表明,大部分是因为现场水质不好,杂质太多(长期运行后,易产生水垢)以及电接点和测量筒不定期进行清洗处理而引起的。另外,浸在水中的电接点与测量筒体发生了“短路”现象,也易产生假水位信号。对于前一类故障,只要按照操作规程使用是完全可以避免的;而对于后一种故障只要在加工工艺上采取一些改进措施,也是完全可以解决的。图1为水位监控仪的电接点与筒体垂直安装的示意图。从产生假水位信号分析来看,当测量筒内的水位下降后,已脱开水的电接点外表上还会存在一些水珠,此时,筒体管壁上的水珠也会自上而下的流下来,这样,管壁流下的水珠往往就会和电接点外表存在的水
