对肺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物检查结果的分析

目的研究肺癌及肺部良性疾病患者血清CEA、NSE、CA125的水平,探讨其在肺癌诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法采用化学发光法检测50例肺癌和60例良性肺病患者血清中CEA、NSE、CA125的水平。结果肺癌组CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1测定值明显高于肺良性病变组(P<0.01),3项联合检测的敏感性和特异性分别为72.6%、83.7%,明显优于单项检测。3项肿瘤标记物测定水平和灵敏度与病理类型有关;血CEA及CA125以腺癌最高;血NSE以小细胞肺癌最高。结论肿瘤标志物CA125、CEA、NSE在不同病理分型的肺癌中表达有差别;3项肿瘤标记物联合检测有利于肺癌的诊断。 Objective To study the serum levels of CEA, NSE and CA125 in patients with lung cancer and benign lung diseases and to explore their value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods The levels of CEA, NSE and CA125 in sera of 50 patients with lung cancer and 60 patients with benign lung disease were detected by chemiluminescence method. Results The values ​​of CEA, NSE and CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign lung disease group (P <0.01). The sensitivities and specificities of the three combined tests were 72.6% and 83.7%, respectively. The levels and sensitivity of the three tumor markers were correlated with the pathological types; the highest levels of serum CEA and CA125 were in adenocarcinoma; the highest in NSE was in small cell lung cancer. Conclusion The tumor markers CA125, CEA and NSE are differentially expressed in different pathological types of lung cancer. The combined detection of three tumor markers is helpful for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
