目的 :制备依托泊苷白蛋白微球 ,并对其形态学性质、载药量、体外释药特性进行研究。方法 :用乳化热固化法制备依托泊苷白蛋白微球。结果 :微球平均粒径 (1 3.6 1± 4.80 ) μm ,含药量为 (1 8.2 5± 0 .1 8) % ,药物包封率为 (45 .45± 1 .2 7) % ,体外释药符合Higuchi方程 :Q =0 .0 1 5 91 +0 .0 9837t1/2 (r =0 .9975 )。结论 :用乳化热固化法制备的依托泊苷白蛋白微球外观圆整 ,载药量较高 ,体外释药符合长效制剂特征。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare etoposide albumin microspheres and study its morphological properties, drug loading and in vitro release characteristics. Methods: Etoposide albumin microspheres were prepared by emulsion thermal curing. Results: The average particle size of the microspheres was (1 3.6 1 ± 4.80) μm, the drug content was (1 8.2 5 ± 0.18)%, the entrapment efficiency was (45.41 ± 1.27)%, The release was in accordance with the Higuchi equation: Q = 0.01591 +0.09837t1 / 2 (r = 0.9975). CONCLUSION: Etoposide albumin microspheres prepared by emulsification and heat-curing method have round appearance with high loading capacity and in vitro release in line with the characteristics of long-acting preparation.
