1959年我厂全体职工在石油工业部和省、市委、省化学石油局的正确领导下,由于坚决贯彻执行了党的社会主义建设总路线,坚持政治挂帅,大搞群众运动,特别是遵循着党的八届八中全会决议精神,反右倾、鼓干劲、开展了轰轰烈烈的增产节约运动。全厂职工干劲冲天,意气风发,经过一年来的奋战,克服了种种困难,创造了1959年生产继续大跃进的局面,在各个方面都取得了很大成绩,获得了生产上和思想上的大丰收。一年以来,我厂的生产形势是很好的,群众运动一浪高一浪,生产节节上升,一跃再跃,一季胜过一季,季季超额完成计划。因此,提前46天超额完成了国家的计划。在提前完成国家计划的基础上,为争取更大的高产,经石油部批准前后二次共增炼原油9万吨,这个任务也于12月29日提前全面超额完成,实现了全年满堂红。基本建设方面,我们本着“集中力量、保证重点”的建设方针,在材料、设备、资金不足,劳动
