目的探讨切开复位张力带固定治疗Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法对2006年5月至2009年3月79例Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折采用急诊切开复位加用外侧张力钢丝固定治疗,并对受累肘关节形态与功能进行评价。结果根据肘关节形态与功能评价标准,优54例(68.4%),良18例(22.8%),可5例(6.3%),差2例(2.5%)。发生肘内翻2例(2.5%),总满意率为91.1%。结论对于Ⅲ型小儿肱骨髁上骨折采用切开复位加用外侧张力钢丝固定治疗疗效良好,并可减少肘内翻畸形的发生。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of open reduction and tension band fixation for type Ⅲ supracondylar humerus fractures. Methods From May 2006 to March 2009, 79 cases of type Ⅲ pediatric supracondylar humerus fractures were treated with open reduction and lateral tension wire fixation. The shape and function of the involved elbow were evaluated. Results According to the elbow shape and function evaluation criteria, 54 (68.4%) were excellent, 18 (22.8%) good, 5 (6.3%) fair, and 2 poor (2.5%). Two cases of cubitus varus occurred (2.5%), the total satisfaction rate was 91.1%. Conclusion For type Ⅲ pediatric humerus supracondylar fractures with open reduction plus lateral tension wire fixation is effective and can reduce the incidence of cubitus varus deformity.
