一、引言党的建设包括政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设、纪律建设等,具有鲜明的党性和实践性,指导党在不同时期、不同情况下的工作和活动。近年来,随着国企改革的深入和市场经济的完善,国有企业党建工作重心和内容也发生深刻变革。加强对现代化企业制度下国有企业党建工作的认识,努力构建适应新时期企业发展的党建工作模式,把企业党建工作目标与企业生产经营活动有机结合,促进企业生存
I. Introduction The Party’s construction includes political construction, ideological construction, organizational construction, style construction, system construction and discipline construction. It has a distinct party spirit and practicality and guides the party’s work and activities in different periods and under different circumstances. In recent years, along with the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the improvement of the market economy, profound changes have taken place in the core and contents of the party-building work in state-owned enterprises. We should strengthen our understanding of the party building in state-owned enterprises under the modernized enterprise system and strive to establish a party building model that meets the requirements of the development of the enterprise in the new era. We should organically integrate the party’s building work objectives with the production and business operations of enterprises so as to promote the survival of enterprises
