文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对健美操教学中学生的表演能力培养进行研究。健美操表演的任务是,以其掌握的健美操动作、造型和技巧能力,结合音乐和美术等艺术手段,将作品的思想内容转化为可视可感的健美操艺术形象。表演能力主要包括对作品的理解能力、对音乐的理解能力、形体、面部表情以及道具的选用能力。其中形体包括形体基本功和动作技能两个部分。因此,如何提高学生的表演能力,使他们更好的对健美操作品进行演绎,就成为了高校健美操教师的一项重要的教学任务。
In this paper, the methods of literature review and logical analysis are used to study the performance ability of students in aerobics teaching. The task of aerobics performance is to transform the thought content of the work into a visually appreciable aerobics artistic image based on the aerobics masterpiece, modeling and technical abilities it possesses, combining with artistic means such as music and art. Performing ability mainly includes the comprehension of the work, the comprehension of the music, the body, the facial expressions and the selection of props. Among them, the body includes the basic skills and motor skills in two parts. Therefore, how to improve students’ performance ability and make them perform better interpretation of aerobics products has become an important teaching task for aerobics teachers in colleges and universities.
