对GCr15钢经常规淬回火后进行不同时间、不同次数的深冷处理所引起的性能变化进行了研究。结果表明,硬度、抗弯强度及冲击韧性等与深冷时间关系不大;在深冷时间不太长的范围内(2h左右)相对耐磨性随时间延长逐渐提高;两次深冷处理可使相对耐磨性等进一步增大,更多次深冷处理不起作用。
The properties of GCr15 steel after quenching and tempering at different times and different degrees of cryogenic treatment were studied. The results show that the hardness, flexural strength and impact toughness are not related to the cryogenic time. The relative wear resistance increases with the time when the cryogenic time is not too long (about 2 h) Relative wear resistance further increased, more cryogenic treatment does not work.
