As we all know, the urban construction of Yichun City has witnessed obvious changes in recent years; the road skeletons of the medium-sized cities are basically opened; the current status of the municipal facilities is getting political views; the traffic congestion of the cities has been eased; and the urban integrated environment has been optimized. However, compared with the expectations of medium-sized cities, Yichun City’s urban construction does not seem to be enough compared with the expectations of the middle class. No buildings or structures in Yichun can become urban landmarks; there is not a professional wholesale market of a certain scale. There is no modern street; there is no residential area that can reach the level of the pilot district of the Ministry of Construction; there is no center for people to rest and visit.
