目的:观察奥曲肽联合兰索拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效。方法:选取2012年10月-2013年11月重庆市合川区人民医院收治的98例急性上消化道出血患者,分析研究临床有效的治疗方法。结果:统计比较两组患者治疗有效率以及止血时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用奥曲肽联合拉索拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血,应用安全可靠,可有效减少出血量,提高患者生命质量。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of octreotide combined with lansoprazole on acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: A total of 98 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to Hechuan District People’s Hospital of Chongqing from October 2012 to November 2013 were selected for analysis of the clinically effective treatment. Results: The statistical comparison was made between the two groups in the treatment efficiency and the time to stop bleeding, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical use of octreotide combined with lapzolazole in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding is safe and reliable, which can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the quality of life of patients.
