木材经高温炭化生成的固体炭化物——木炭具有较高的导电性,以其作为导电功能单元可用于生产电磁屏蔽材料、抗静电材料、电热材料等新型功能材料。文中概述了木材的炭化机理,分析了木炭的基本性能及影响因素,系统地介绍了国内外导电功能木炭的研究进展,提出了今后的研究重点,旨在为开发利用新型功能材料提供科学依据。
Wood charcoal by high temperature carbonization generated solid carbide - charcoal has high conductivity, as its conductive functional unit can be used for the production of electromagnetic shielding materials, anti-static materials, electric materials and other new functional materials. In this paper, the charring mechanism of wood is summarized. The basic properties and influential factors of charcoal are analyzed. The research progress of conductive charcoal at home and abroad is systematically introduced. The future research focuses are put forward to provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of new functional materials.
