本文从实际工作出发,在分析了当前高校学生党建工作中存在的问题的同时,借鉴高校教育中“导师制”的先进经验,将其引入到学生党建工作中来,并通过对其实施模式的分析构建,从而积极推动高校学生党建工作的全面发展。
