应用葡聚糖制造大鼠血瘀模型，复方丹参作为阳性对照药，研究脉通灵对大鼠血液流变学和血小板聚集的影响，结果表明脉通灵对大鼠全血粘度，血浆粘度，红细胞压积及血小板聚集率均有降低作用。以上作用和复方丹参基本相当，提示脉通灵有良好的活血化瘀作用
A rat model of blood stasis was produced using dextran and compound salvia miltiorrhiza was used as a positive control to study the effect of Mai Tong Ling on hemorheology and platelet aggregation in rats. Hematocrit and platelet aggregation rate have a reduction effect. The above effects are similar to that of compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza, indicating that Mai Tong Ling has a good blood circulation effect.
