本文对1994年6月～1995年9月收住院的32例支原体肺炎患儿,从其病案收集的临床资料及所摄 X线胸片进行分析,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 诊断标准①发热伴剧烈咳嗽;②肺部物理体征有或无;③X线胸片呈现不同程度肺部炎症表现;④聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测咽拭子标本肺炎支原体(MP)DNA 阳性;⑤改用或一开始就用红霉素疗效满
