患儿,男,11岁,因“发热8天、咳嗽6天、皮疹1天”入院.患儿于8天前无任何诱因出现发热,T37.5～39.0℃,6天前咳嗽,有痰,1天前出皮疹,有痒感,无腹痛、尿频、尿急、少尿等.既往史、家族史无特殊.查体:T39℃,R24次/分,P90次/分,体重29kg,热病容,全身较多红色粟粒状充血性丘疹,头面部皮疹部分融合成片,四肢皮疹分布对称.颈左侧可及0.5cm×0.5cm大淋巴结1个,结膜无充血.无口唇皲裂及杨梅舌.咽充血、扁桃体Ⅱ度肿大,双肺呼吸音粗,心(一),腹(一),关节无肿痛,指趾端无
