信息作为重要的要素资源,是组织知识构建的基础。在产学研合作创新过程中,创新主体间的信息链接变得更为紧密,信息资源得以丰富和汇聚,组织间信息共享为知识的共同创造提供了条件。文章通过对产学研共同体信息供应链的构成机理及信息供需双方的演化博弈进行分析,探究其组织结构模式选择的影响因素,对于构建稳定的产学研共同体信息供应链,提高产学研主体的信息能力,改善信息利用效率,促进产学研合作创新具有重要意义。
As an important elemental resource, information is the basis of organizational knowledge construction. In the course of cooperative innovation of production, study and research, information links among innovators become closer, information resources are enriched and converged, and information sharing among organizations provides the conditions for co-creation of knowledge. Through analyzing the formation mechanism of information supply chain of industry-university-research community and the evolutionary game between information supply and demand sides, this paper explores the factors influencing the choice of organizational structure model. It is of great significance to construct a stable information supply chain of industry-university-institute community, , Improve the efficiency of information utilization and promote the cooperative innovation of production, study and research is of great significance.
