目的 比较司帕沙星 (SPLX)与洛美沙星 (LM LX)、环丙沙星 (CPLX)、氧氟沙星 (OFLX)和依诺沙星 (ENX)的体外抗菌活性。方法 采用琼脂平板稀释法测定MIC ,以NCCLs标准判读敏感性。结果 SPLX对受试菌的抗菌活性最强 ,MIC90为 2mg·L- 1,而LMLX、CPLX、OFLX和ENX的MIC90 分别为 16、16、16和 32mg·L- 1。SPLX的MIC几何均数 (MICg)显著低于LMLX、OFLX和ENX ,略低于CPLX。SPLX对革兰氏阳性球菌的敏感率为 10 0 % ,明显高于其它对照药物。结论 SPLX比其他氟喹诺酮类抗菌谱扩大、抗菌活性增强
Objective To compare the in vitro antibacterial activity between sparfloxacin (SPLX) and LM LX, CPLX, OFLX and ENX. Methods The agar plate dilution method was used to determine the MIC and the sensitivity was judged by the standard of NCCLs. Results SPLX had the highest antibacterial activity against the tested bacteria with a MIC90 of 2 mg · L -1 and MIC90 of LMLX, CPLX, OFLX and ENX of 16, 16, 16 and 32 mg · L -1, respectively. The MIC geometric mean (MICg) of SPLX was significantly lower than that of LMLX, OFLX and ENX, slightly lower than that of CPLX. The sensitivity of SPLX to gram-positive cocci was 100%, which was significantly higher than that of other control drugs. Conclusion SPLX has more antimicrobial activity than other fluoroquinolones
