目的观察加味瓜蒌散对门脉高压大鼠胃肠激素的影响。方法用放免法检测正常组、模型组、心得安治疗组、加味瓜蒌散治疗组大鼠血浆胃肠激素(胃动素、胃泌素、胰高血糖素)的含量。结果模型组与正常组比较胃泌素、胃动素、胰高血糖素含量明显升高(P<0.01),心得安组胃动素含量与模型组比较无明显改善(P>0.05),而胃泌素、胰高血糖素明显下降(P<0.05)。加味瓜蒌散各治疗组胃泌素、胃动素、胰高血糖素含量与模型组比较明显下降(P<0.01或0.05),与心得安治疗组比较胃动素、胰高血糖素下降明显(P<0.05),加味瓜蒌散各剂量组之间无统计学差异。结论加味瓜蒌散能有效降低胃泌素、胃动素、胰高血糖素含量,疗效优于心得安治疗组。其作用机理可能与其良好的抗肝纤维化、阻止肝硬化形成、降低门脉压力、改善肝功能作用有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Modified Gualou Powder on Gastrointestinal Hormones in Portal Hypertension Rats. Methods The levels of plasma gastrointestinal hormones (motilin, gastrin, and glucagon) in rats of normal group, model group, propranolol treatment group, and Jiawei Guayu powder group were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The contents of gastrin, motilin and glucagon in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.01). The motilin content in the propranolol group was not significantly improved compared with the model group (P>0.05). Gastrin and glucagon decreased significantly (P<0.05). The contents of gastrin, motilin and glucagon in the treated group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P<0.01 or 0.05). Compared with propranolol group, motilin and glucagon were significantly decreased. (P<0.05), there was no statistical difference between the different dosage groups of Modified Gualou Powder. Conclusion Modified Gualou Powder can effectively reduce the content of gastrin, motilin and glucagon. The curative effect is better than that of propranolol treatment group. Its mechanism of action may be related to its good anti-hepatic fibrosis, prevention of cirrhosis, reduction of portal pressure, and improvement of hepatic function.
