摘要：文章采用结构方程的分析方法，分析了企业经营战略对我国中小企业国际化绩效的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明：在企业国际化进程中，企业经营战略的替代难度、投入成本和共同发展因子都对企业财务绩效有显著影响；只有共同发展因子对非财务绩效因子影响显著。文章的研究方法和研究结论对我国中小企业的国际化实践具有重要理论和现实指导意义。 关键词：企业经营战略；财务绩效；非财务绩效；结构方程 一、 引言 伴随
