目的探讨贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法 70例早期糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为观察组(贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗)和对照组(贝那普利治疗),各35例,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及24 h尿蛋白含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率91.43%高于对照组62.86%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.71%与对照组8.57%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贝那普利联合百令胶囊更改善早期糖尿病患者病情效果更好,安全性高,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of benazepril combined with Bailing capsule on early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Seventy patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group (benazepril combined with Bailing capsule treatment) and control group (benazepril treatment), 35 cases each. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), C reactive protein (CRP), serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and 24 h urinary protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group . The total effective rate of observation group was 91.43% higher than that of control group (62.86%, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group (5.71% vs 8.57%, P> 0.05). Conclusion benazepril combined with Bailing capsule in patients with good early diabetes better effect, high safety, it is worth applying.
