受中国农科院作物品种资源所委托,对我国大麦列入编目品种进行抗大麦黄花叶病鉴定。1983—1985年先后由25个省市,地等研究单位提供入目品种3585份。鉴定试验于上海市农科院大麦黄花叶病病圃中进行。病圃条件,感病对照品种早熟三号历年发病率达百分之百,黄化程度8级。鉴定的初步结果:获得高抗(田间不发病,下同)品种118份,占供试品种的3.29%;高抗品种有明显的分布区域,主要集中于长江、黄河的中下游地区;高抗品种仅存在于多棱品种之中;不同芒型品种的抗病性有明显的差异;高抗品种有丰富的农艺性状。
Commissioned by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Crop Variety Resources, China’s barley varieties included in cataloging anti-barley yellow mosaic disease identification. 1983-1985 successively by the 25 provinces, cities and other research units to provide 3585 species into the project. Identification tests were carried out in the yellow barley leaf disease nursery of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Nursery conditions, susceptible varieties of precocious puberty on the 3rd calendar year incidence rate of 100%, degree of eustoma 8. The preliminary identification results showed that 118 varieties with high resistance (no disease in the field, the same below) accounted for 3.29% of the tested varieties, and the high resistant varieties had obvious distribution areas mainly in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and Yellow River. Varieties exist only in polygamous varieties; different varieties of Mount have significant differences in disease resistance; high resistance varieties are rich in agronomic traits.
