八九年盛夏时节,在北京市海淀区教育局和中国广播艺术团民族乐团共同支持下,建立了“北京市广播少年民族乐团”。七十多名来自中、小学的小乐手们,假第十九中学演奏了合奏、吹打、弹拨乐合奏、齐奏以及多种乐器的独奏节目。小乐手们的演奏技巧并非无瑕,曲目也多是人们所熟习的。然而,他们认真严肃的演奏精神,以及把一颗美好的心灵融汇在乐曲之中,使音乐充满纯朴、洁净的格调,产生出激人心潮、使人振奋感情力量。《脱布衫》是特意为孩子们编写的一首民间吹打乐。演出时,前面站着两排大小不同的笙、管、笛、唢呐,后面是一排锣、鼓钹类打击乐。小乐手们精神饱满、
During the summer of 1989, with the joint support of the Education Bureau of Haidian District, Beijing and the China National Orchestra of Chinese Broadcasters, the “Beijing Radio Youth Orchestra” was established.
