一、当前“反全球化”的表 现、特征及原因分析近年来,在全球化声浪日益高涨的同时,出现了一种与之针锋相对的“反全球化”现象,并且呈现愈来愈烈的趋势。从1999年西雅图反对世界贸易组织的大规模骚乱以来,凡遇到一些重要国际会议,主要来自发达国家的非政府组织均举行反全球化的示威游行。如:2001年的魁北克美洲国家组织会议、歌德堡欧盟锋会和热那亚八国集团锋会都遭到了反对全球化的抗议和示威;在第三十一届世界经济论坛会开幕的同时,由反全球化斗士参加的世界社会论坛也在召开。可见,反全球化已经引起了国际社会的关注。 如何正确理解当前的“反全球化”
