目的:探讨胃肿瘤的CT特征。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理和免疫组织化学证实,且均行螺旋CT平扫及三期增强扫描的胃肿瘤93例,总结本病的CT征象。结果:93例中胃癌47例,胃间质瘤25例,胃淋巴瘤7例,胃平滑肌瘤或肉瘤2例,胃神经鞘瘤4例,胃脂肪瘤2例,胃泌素瘤3例,胃血管球瘤1例,胃腺瘤1例,胃畸胎瘤1例。结论:多排CT能准确显示胃肿瘤的部位、形态、大小,并对临床早期诊断和治疗提供重要参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the CT features of gastric tumors. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 93 cases of gastric tumors confirmed by surgery, pathology and immunohistochemistry was performed with spiral CT plain scan and triple enhanced scanning. The CT signs of this disease were summarized. Results: There were 47 cases of gastric cancer, 25 cases of gastric stromal tumor, 7 cases of gastric lymphoma, 2 cases of gastric leiomyoma or sarcoma, 4 cases of gastric schwannoma, 2 cases of gastric lipoma, 3 cases of gastrinoma , 1 case of gastric glomus tumor, 1 case of gastric adenoma and 1 case of gastric teratoma. Conclusion: Multi-slice CT can accurately display the location, shape and size of gastric tumors and provide important reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
