目的通过对某用人单位作业场所高温的测量与分析,确定高温作业岗位,加强高温作业场所防护工作,保护劳动者身体健康。方法采用职业卫生学调查法、现场测量法、分类查表法进行测量分析。结果该用人单位油漆车间挂钩岗位湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数平均值为31.3℃,摘钩岗位WBGT指数平均值为30.8℃,甩漆浸漆岗位WBGT指数平均值为30.9℃,喷漆岗位WBGT指数平均值为30.4℃。结论该用人单位油漆车间挂钩、摘钩、甩漆浸漆、喷漆岗位为高温作业岗位。这些岗位的平均WBGT指数均超过WBGT限值。应采取相应措施对高温作业工人进行防护,防止中暑发生。
Objective By measuring and analyzing the temperature of workplace of a certain employer, the job positions of high temperature are determined, the work of workplace protection at high temperature is strengthened, and the physical health of laborers is protected. Methods Occupational hygiene survey method, field measurement method and classification look-up table method were used for measurement and analysis. Results The average WBGT index of wet-bulb black ball was about 31.3 ℃, the average of WBGT index was 30.8 ℃, the average value of WBGT index of paint-leaching varnish station was 30.9 ℃, WBGT The average index is 30.4 ° C. Conclusion The employer paint shop hooks, pick hook, paint varnish, spray paint jobs for high-temperature jobs. The average WBGT index for these positions exceeded the WBGT limit. Corresponding measures should be taken to protect workers at high temperature and prevent heat stroke.
